I have been an owner and supervision.
You will have good days and some not so good days.
Just one ‘Oh sh!t’ by an employee and all you have is gone.
Of course you are right. One disgruntled employee and big trouble could ensue and often does in cases as I have described. In this case it never happened.
The 2 brothers sold the business and retired some 15 years ago.
