On the night Democrats wanted the media and party faithful swooning over former president Bill Clintons every phrase, two words have taken center stage during the Charlotte convention: God, and Jerusalem.
Democrats ill-fated decision to omit all references of God from their party platform brought the wrath of persons of many faiths while their decision to omit language describing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel curried no favor with Jews, according to a Wall Street Journal report.
By Wednesday evening the Democrats were getting as much attention for the omissions than for the much vaunted speech of Clinton.

Rats just keep stepping in it.
Now God is a kind father but you don't play games with someone who "makes" thunder and lightening.
Saw this video on Fox this morning. Anyone who hasn’t seen it needs to, it’s a very disturbing look into the dem/lib mind.

Eh God? Who needs Him? Our convention will boo him.
Jerusalem? Israel, we shouldn’t support it or the Jews.
Successful people? Who needs em? Let’s tax them heavily! They’re evil.
Small businesses? We’ll tax them to death if they’re successful.
Small business owners? Screw them! They didn’t build it anyway!
Christians? Who cares what they think!
Workers? Oh we’ll get around to them, but first things first...
The military? We’ll praise it as we defund it...
KIA military? We’ll praise them and auto-pen the condolence letter...
Clinton was right. No president could fully repair all this damage.
The Democrats are divided: Half are nihilistic antisemitic pagans, the other half are hypocrites.
Am I the only one that thinks the Dems just lost the election? That’s one line you don’t cross with Christians, and whether the media picks it up or not, its something that’s going to be talked about it homes, businesses and churches for a long time to come.
I think this is going to be a disaster for them in the swing states.
At New York Democratic Convention in Albany that nominated Hillary, delegates spat on National Guard members and booed the Police and it was all over the New York media.
Okay, I made that up. Only the last nine words, though.
i thought exactly the same thing...their actions and re-actions just lost them the race.
they are now the “Godless Party”, regardless of what their leadership rammed through after the fact.
think about it. they conciously created a platform that omitted God. they only put forth effort to pay God lip-service after non-Dems pointed out the omission and they realized it would look bad. THEN, when they put that before their delegates...3 times...it was CLEARLY NOT voted up all 3 times.

But what percentage of the Jewish vote will they still get?
... the dims voted to put GOD and Jerusalem back into the platform but they did it by ignoring the fact that the NAYS were much louder than the YEAS and that is a fact....
It supposedly took a 2/3rds majority but by the sound it didn’t appear that way to me. It was one of those rulings from the speaker with no means of a challenge.
I saw/heard it this am on Fox News. I heard it again on 100.7 FM , one of this biggest drive time radio stations in Boston on my way to work. The disk jockey even stated he thought the nays in the third vote were louder than the Yeas.
Of course, the radio station also had fun picking on poor old mumbles Menino, mayor of Boston. Wait until they have Barny Frank up there tonight.
It does not matter anymore whether the MSM reports this stuff. It will be all over the internet today.
They showed their true beliefs when they voted the language out.
They showed their fear of exposure of their true beliefs by putting it back in.
Exactly... they pulled a boehner.

That’s the Lefties I’ve come to know and dislike.
I should have told you, I only meant he first nine words of that. ;^)
Business as usual in both parties today.
