I’ve lived in San Antonio my whole life and am very proud of it and I agree completely with you. I can personally vouch for Castro’s ineffectiveness.

Pretty much like the mayor of Los Angeles? Typical of Mexican politicians north or south of the border. They make speeches , enjoy the perks of office and reward their friends. Of course, worse only to a degree than the Anglos who used to run things, like the Maverick machine.
