American Airlines
July 1968 ... after 13 months in VN, I got on an AA plane (in my MC uniform) in SF, headed for Chicago.
For four hours I was essentially ignored and requests for food, beer, water, etc., were met with "when I get time."
For the next 35 years in business, I flew around America probably 100 times ... NEVER on an AA plane.

I have specifically avoided AA for years. As a subscriber to the “Limbaugh Letter”, I was treated poorly by AA from JFK to LHR on a few occasions. I switched to CO from EWR to LGW and IAH to LGW. For a while I used Maxjet too. My monthly “commute” from USA to GB and CZ lasted from 1998 through 2007 when I finally moved to GB. I proudly read my “letters” without incident after leaving AA.
