Obama the capitalism-hating, liberty-hating, America-hating, godless Marxist/communist must be completely destroyed politically!! To allow him another term in the presidency would be to allow the total destruction of America.

As much as I detest what the Republican party has become, there is no other party on this earth that can come anywhere close to accomplishing what must be accomplished to keep America from spiraling down a Marxist/communist toilet.

Obama and his Marxist government must not only be defeated, they must be crushed and totally destroyed!! We must pray that God Almighty Himself moves Heaven and Earth to rid our government of this unholy, filthy, communist scum that has infested the democrat party, our government and our society!! And we know that God will not do that. He leaves these earthly tasks to us. It's OUR country and if we wish to keep it, we must move the mountains ourselves and do whatever it takes with whomever we have to get the job done!!

America will NOT go down without a fight!! Free Republic will not standby and do nothing while Obama destroys everything we hold dear!!

Damn Romney and his RINO history! Damn the GOPe for making this fight twice as hard as it should be! ANY Republican with a halfway decent record would crush Obama like the vermin he is. Well by God, if it has to be Romney, that SOB better grow a pair and he'd better get his butt in gear and fight like there's no tomorrow, because there's not!! This is do or die time!! And Rove had better turn out to be at least half as smart as he thinks he is. He engineered it. Now by golly, make it HAPPEN!! And our friends Hannity, Coulter, Rush, Levin, et al, had better start cranking it up another notch. The tea party is ready to rumble. The tea party sweeps of 2010 was just a warm-up for the tea party flood of 2012 that's going to wash America clean of godless communist/unionist scum from sea to shining sea.

We are going to send that paper hanging SOB packing and then we're going to rip out all his Marxist B/S by the roots and fumigate the ground so it can never grow again!!

All Republicans, independents, grassroots conservatives, tea party members, moderates, Reagan democrats, Christians, Jews, life, family, liberty, decency-loving patriots of any stripe must work like the blazes for the next couple of months and then turnout on election day and drag their friends, relatives and co-workers to the polls to vote that communist bastard and as many godless, liberty-hating, capitalism-hating, God-hating, liberal progressive, corrupt Marxist communists bastards the hell OUT as is humanly possible!!

We'll deal with Romney and the RINOS later.

Let the wailing and weeping commence. I've spent the last sleepless night over this miserable situation that I'm going to spend. I love America, Life and Liberty too much to let it fail.

Praying with all my might that this is in accordance to God's will and plan. God works in mysterious ways.

Sorry Jim. I’m out. Outside of the extreme moral dilemma posed by voting for someone who supports both infanticide and gun control, there are the practical political considerations to think about.

A theme I’ve heard repeatedly on FR is that conservatives will somehow hold willards feet to the fire if he is elected. I’m curious as to how exactly conservatives plan on doing that and with whom. We have less than 10 solid conservatives in the senate and less than 50 in the house. Are we counting on the weeper and his pet weasel eric to do it? The kentucky doughboy? It ain’t happening. And let me introduce a more horrible idea. What if it turns out that willard is only interested in one term? Conservatives will have zero, and I do mean ZERO influence on him.

Willard is just a more extreme example of the same suckers game that has been played against conservatives for decades. The gop picks a moderate or centrist candidate and dares conservatives to do something other than vote for their POS candidate. And like the battered wives that conservatives mimic, we come slinking back to vote for whomever the gop annoints. This time the gop didn’t even have the decency to pick a centrist. They picked the most liberal candidate they could pick this side of gerald ford. And now with a sneer on their lips and avarice in their hearts they say to us: vote for willard or we give you hussein.

Giving us the sophie’s choice of willard or hussein is not a choice. It’s an expression of contempt for conservatives and everything we stand for. I reject that false choice and will go my own way when November rolls around and will urge others to do likewise.

That leaves the final issue to discuss. My relationship with FR. I’ve appreciated being here for the past 8 years. I understand that your decision to accede to willard was a difficult one. My decision has been easy by comparison. I will give no aid and comfort to a candidacy that I view as an epitaph for political conservatism in the US. So the choice will ultimately come to you when some willardite comes complaining that I’ve offended their delicate sensibilities. Be ready. And rest assured that I treated them with the same esteem and respect I would accord to any quisling.

No, I didn't miss it, but as you know my campaign is against a small faction within the Republican party that we need to have separated from us ~ so they can go over to the Democrats where they belong.

Back in the 1960s and 1970s they used to be referred to as The Presidential Republicans. That was in a time when we had a hard time pulling 25 or 30 percent of the vote.

Times have changed ~ we no longer have a need for a separate Presidential wing.

At the same time that campaign is on hold until January. The results of the coming election may well give a lot of you guys pause about the idea of cooperating with them ~ or maybe not. We shall see AFTER the election and wait to see WHO these guys bring into government.

The Todd Akin situation is instructive ~ we cannot let a single candidate bring down the ticket. And that includes every single one of them.

I"m still out of breath laughing so hard over all the Mittbots and ABOs leaping to dump Akin.

Yes, the Bible says this will happen in the end times. Jim will do as he thinks best but I am an independent person and don’t use Jim to decide what I’m going to do.

My Christian principles are inside me, no one else on this earth. If one simply separates Romney from the fray and stands his beliefs beside the Bible, one cannot vote for him. You see, nothing matters except that. So, he running against another evil person, it doesn’t matter because Romney has already struck out and there is no where to go after that except to stick to Christian principles.

If I were to vote for Romney, I would be endorsing homos adopting children, homos in the Boy Scouts, and approving homo marriage because he let that happen in Mass.. I saw a flier he put out to homos when he was governor, telling them he would be in the parade with them.

Let everyone do what they want, and so will I and I will never follow the ungodly. Maybe we are at one of those end time decisions we have to make. I choose God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit and those who choose the same will be in this family. God will decide about Romney.

I will be voting voting for the Republican ticket of Sarah Palin and Paul Ryan in 2012. If for some reason that is not the ticket nominated at the convention, and it is indeed Romney Ryan; then I will be voting for that ticket.

But more importantly; I will be spending what energy I have on electing conservatives down the ticket.
That is the important place top focus. I will also be watching for the best conservative candidate to support for President in 2012. The crop this year was a disappointment. Possibly the drought started early and affected the emergence of conservative candidates.
