One of the female workers at the bar had a business card which identified her as a mortician. The gunman, who was drunk and using coke, forced her to decapitate the already dead owner using a steak knife in an effort to remove the bullet from his neck. You cannot make this stuff up.
The gunman is seeking parole, or a new trial. Prisoners have too many rights.
PS: He later highjacked a gypsy cab, taking two of the strippers and the owner’s head with him. When he passed out, the strippers fled and contacted the police.
He’s depraved on account of he’s deprived.
