I would like to have a dollar for all the times I’ve been blown off by the republican establishment followed by a request for money. Now, I get a couple of “surveys” a week with requests for money.
I think the biggest fear for conservatives is there are still a majority of “spenders” in congress on the republican side. I would never stay home in an election, and will never vote for a democrap, or third party (which, to me, is as just as bad as staying home). This election is all about getting rid of socialists, progressives, and liberals in the white house, the US house and the senate. Once that is accomplished in November, we can push the republican “spenders” to the minority in the party.
“This election is all about getting rid of socialists, progressives, and liberals in the white house”
Which is why we’ve got Romney...
I’m sure he’ll make getting rid of socialists, progressives and liberals high on his agenda.
You talk about marginalizing the RINOs elites as if it was a bullet point on a timeline. It isn’t that simple. It has to be an ongoing process because of how deeply the elites are entrenched in the Republican Party, and waiting only makes it more difficult.
We need to start with Romney. Everybody here knows that he has no core values, but we can make that work for us if we bring pressure against him to shore up his conservative credentials.
This election will begin and end on the economy. As it stands, Romney’s plan for the economy is laughable at best. Don’t you remember him struggling to explain it during the primary debates? Stand up, rock the boat, raise hell, and make sure that Slick Willard knows that he can’t ignore us!
