We've lost a key demographic in this country within the last decade: WW2 veterans. They've been replaced largely by dopes.

Ya got that right. Here in Western PA the steel mills closed 30 years ago. Most of them have been torn down, and there are now office parks and upscale malls sitting on those sites.

Yet we still have a bunch of people sitting around thinking that all those jobs with the sweet union benes would come flocking back, if ONLY we'd elect the RIGHT politician with the RIGHT policies.

It is true elsewhere in the Rust Belt I reckon.
