I'll tell you what is really sad there Sparky, and that is the fact that we have on a consistent basis, a rampant and run amok law enforcement at the federal, state, county and municipal levels that piss on the civil rights of the population on a regular basis, either by malicious intent, ignorant indifference or the lame excuse of 'oops, made a mistake', and when the Constitutional rights of the people in this story are trampled on, one or more morons see that as a reason to hop up on their holier-than-thou pulpit and start attacking the victims, instead of directing their ire at the true criminals and perpetrators of such a heinous act.
Now THAT is what's sad.

I did not say, nor did I even suggest that the victim was somehow to blame. That was a conclusion you derived all by yourself.
The previous poster made an observation that I agreed with so before you get yourself all tightly wrapped around your keyboard you should know that I share your observation and concern over the escalation of police/government power and their proclivity to be abusive and reckless in their intrusion upon private citizens.
