The Kennedys have been the biggest Trojan Horse and national embarrassment to the Catholic faith and honest abiding Catholics in this country.
This is the nonsense that happens when the bishops fail to do their duty.It may have been unpleasant but public heretics be they nuns, abortion loving Democrat politicians and their ilk should have been excommunicated ala Henry VIII long ago.
It’s time to sever the Kennedys from the Catholic Church. They are a scandal. Bishop Lori, newly appointed by Pope Benedict just might have to make it happen.

Why is it that the catholic priest/bishops know full well the positions of these politicians and have proof via legislative record.....yet still administer the Holy elements to them during communion?

Sorry to say they have made whole careers out of just basically desecrating the sacraments, mocking Holy Mother Church and profaning the faith in general as it served their purpose and their purse.
Say what you will, but Rose Kennedy was well catechized and quite devout, alone in her faith among the family, but for Eunice who also remained stubbornly prolife all her life. Both women were out of step with the times and their family. I pray for Rose and certainly Ted on occasion. A tragic family really, with influence unfortunately.
