We’re all pretty good. Kathleen had a bowl of mush this morning, followed by a long nap. Bill’s at work. The byos are having a late lunch, except for Frank, who ate earlier and has gone to bed. Tom, Elen, and Sally went to the pool. DP is leaving shortly for a widget conference in D.C.
What in the world is a widget? Didn’t Laurel and Hardy use those in the “March of the Toy Soldiers,” or some such B&W movie from the ‘30’s?
Lablady and I were going to Brunch this AM (I’m sure it would have included Mimosas!) but she isn’t feeling well. Seems her step-daughter brought home the Puneys last week. Being a mom, I told her not to go to work tomorrow.
In the last week, I’ve been off the BP meds and have begun altering my diet and I can see absolutely no change in the numbers, and I need to point that out on Tuesday when I see the doc.
I suspect by this time next week, I will begin to see improvement in the numbers, just because things take time. No magical cure. Wish me luck!
