The shooter was shot and killed by the second police officer on the scene. The first officer was ambushed and shot several times and is currently undergoing surgery.

I suspect that even though the shooter is dead, one of his knuckle dragging friends will be able to illuminate his motives. It’s hard to imagine a good reason for a sane person to want to shoot Sikhs.
