Just curious: All LEOs and ATF etc are wearing horiz black tape across badges. Was there a LEO killed recently? For US Military casualties? Any idea?
LEOs now take precautions after having been targets....because they could/might be identified from camera footage.
If LEO AND ATF have them?....could it be for Brian Terry (Of Fast and Furious)???
I have no idea....just speculating...or they had a local LEO death. I might nose around the Wisconsin sites later and check it out.
There was a Milwaukee County Sheriff Deputy killed in a traffic accident a few days ago. That could be the reason for the black tape.
