I understand why he is doing it, though, and basically his job now is to unseat Obamugabe, and the best way to do that is to focus on Obamugabe’s epic failure in the economy.
So cut him some slack, guys and gals. :)

Romney doesn’t strike me as a man of principles. He just wants to be president.
Unfortunately, the Obamugabe cabal has hit upon a potentially winning tactic: "The Romney Tax Returns: What Is He Hiding?" It is the left-wing's equivalent of Obama's birth certificate - an open cauldron into which they can pour all their class warfare and outsourcing fantasies, and since Romney has already said there is NO WAY he will release them, there is NOTHING to stop this tactic, all the way to the election.
That is why I think he should have released at least 5 more years when Newt asked for it back in February. It is far too late now, however. So long as this tactic stays alive, it will be used to deflect and distract from Obama's economic incompetence and failure.
He's either the stupidest candidate who ever lived or he is deliberately trying to lose this election.
If by chance this Bozo actually wins the election are going to cut him some slack when he vetoes the bill to repeal Obamacare because he believes it goes too far?

As the article itself says, it is a free speech issue. Surely Mitt could have come down in favor of free speech. That seems fairly safe.
Mitt takes a lot of heat here because he is a liberal democrat registered as a Republican and running for the presidency on the Republican ticket.
I'm voting for a plurality. The last time a president was elected on a plurality, he was impeached; the time before, he was hit and overpowered by the Republican Revolution.
I think both of these clowns, Obama and Romney, should LOSE. Since I cannot make that happen, the least I can do is to make their victory as weak and vulnerable as possible. THAT's why I'm voting for a plurality by voting third party.
