* All told, U.S. athletes have 64 medals — 27 golds, 18 silvers and 19 bronzes — which comes to a tax bill of nearly $350,000.
* Swimmer Ryan Lochte, the most-decorated American athlete so far, faces a tax bill of $23,357 for his two golds and a silver.

I hope they throw in military medals with this. I hate to see Barry start taxing the MOH, Silver Stars and Bronze Stars. That would really suck.

The hell with it. When it comes to stopping the feds from taxing anything and everything not nailed down, you really do gotta start somewhere. Though i wonder how many conservatives will be able to get behind him after his show of sympathy for illegals who often have no intention whatsoever of becoming citizens.
