Funny, I almost typed citizen, but I was one of those while I was a cop. LOL I won’t debate your point because it doesn’t matter to me. Today I am retired, that is all I really care about.Reminds me of the flap over Reagan talking about Indians becoming citizens. He didn't mean anything bad by it, it was obvious, he was just searching for a word to describe your average person that didn't belong to any special sub-group, but you should have seen the heads exploding on the left.

My point is the us vs them attitude of many cops in our town who like to play soldier too many with SWAT attitude, our hospital police even have a SWAT unit. It is part of the militarization of our police. I wonder where the term peace officer went.
