I have a problem with gluten intolerance and problems with casein. I usually purchase a 6 lb bag of chocolate flavored pure whey protein at Costco. That cost $19.99 just 18 months ago. It lasts about 90 days with a serving per day. My last bag cost $39.99 last month. I opened it last night. When I was visiting my home in Idaho over the weekend, my wife asked if I wanted to pick up another bag of the whey protein. I was shocked to see it priced at $48.99 yesterday. Holy crap. The price is skyrocketing.
