The best thing that can be said about Clinton, is that he had a Republican Congress that for a short while did the right thing.
On his own merits, he should have been voted guilty in the U. S. Senate. Of course the House should have delivered charges that were more actionable too. They punted from the 25 yard line, instead of going for a field goal.
