The Mythical Mysterious Marxist Mulatto Being whom some call Obama sprang somewhat like Athena from the ear of Zeus, from the fundament of George Soros. If he didn't exist, the KGB would have made him up.

This Alaskan prospector dude should check in with his Republican representatives before he goes around filing expensive lawsuits. Mine told me that Mombasa Man was OK because he was "born in Hawaii." They said the paperwork on his website proves it.

If that weren't true, I am sure Rush Limbaugh would have said something about it.

Or the infamous, plaintiff “lacks standing” to bring the suit. That seems to be the favorite ruling by the judges on this issue.

Count down the hours until a judge decides the case has no merit and throws it out.

Not likely.
More probable is rejection due to lack of "standing."
Individuals are not allowed to bring a complaint directly to the Supreme Court. Period.
Most Americans are hopelessly ignorant about how our court system works. The only way for individuals to get a complaint before the Supreme Court is to go up the chain starting at a local Federal Court. We're talking years here assuming the lower Federal courts don't reject it first.

The States, or a US Representative may have standing, assuming that the majority of the House agrees with his complaint. Or the State of Alaska can do it. Again, a years long process.
Another problem with the system, is the Supreme Court is unable, by law, to initiate a complaint on their own, unless they are directly a party in a legal matter involving the other two branches of government.

Good luck to this guy.

thanks! expunged from google, huh?

I'd almost bet they have a dump protocol action command somewhere along the line which sends some stuff just part-way (thru 479,272 "hits") down the memory hole. Plausible deniability, and all that...with as time goes on, the number (hit number where an item could be found) downward increasing towards infinity hell.

I'd bet only a few on the Google campus know of the secrets of that inner-circle, special order admin op.

There could even be some lone wolf types, along with some ad-hoc cabals who have the capability of doing the memory hole dirty work, so do so, without anyone in management directing the proceedings in any way, which gives them another layer of plausible deniability.

What we could really us is a handful of whistleblowers inside Google, who would be crafty enough to "stay on station" sort of like double-agents, after the credible info was leaked. There just has to be some geek turned code-toad who would relish that sort of thing.

Now I remember the thread. From WND. Derisively, long referred to as World Nut Daily. It’s a crying shame that after information is posted there, others are reluctant to touch it. Some stuff, anyway.
