Carney didn't want to talk about the bad economic numbers, he carefully said the important thing is Obama's policy, and claimed Obama's plan worked. Because when you examine what Obama wanted and what Carney said, they want 'everyone pay their fair share'.

We're talking about an economic policy. Socialism didn't work in Russia.
Socialism didn't work in China.
Socialism didn't work in Cuba.
Sociliams didn't work in Greece.
Socialism hasn't worked anywhere.
But, as an economic policy, they believe it to be sound, and they think they can make socialism work next time -- if they just get 4 more years.
