One article recently said that Virgil Goode could be Romney's "undoing"; especially in Virginia.

No, a bad economy will sink Obama, Goode or no Goode.

No. But only if those people actually see Obama as much of a threat as they’ve been saying the past 4 years and not toss a vote to some nobody so they can feel good and “teach lessons”.

Even without Goode’s support measured, Romney is getting beaten rather soundly in Ohio and Wisconsin. Hard to say about the other states, but Romney has a major bit of work cut out for him.

I don't care. Romney and the rotten decrepit GOP-E have already cost us the election.

To be honest, I hope so.
The only way the GOP is going to quit offering socialist (or at least reach-across-the-aisle) types is if they lose every time... and even then it’s a crap throw (the GOT, as a party, seems determined not to learn).

Romney will win or lose on his own.

This will be depended on how well he can contrast himself from Ubama.

But seeing how liberal his record has been, that will be quite the challenge.

No, but Romney could cost Romney the election.

Of course not. He is a trivial pretender, a wannabe of insignificant proportions.

Romney is going to cost Romney the election. He doesn’t need any help.

No. He won’t even pull Paul’s numbers, and Paul’s own totals will be relatively tiny.

Willard threw his lot with the homosexuals, abortionists, statists, stimulus-loving, gun-grabbing crowd. The GOP-e threw its lot with Willard.

Willard (and the GOP-e) calculated that the votes he would poach from the above crowd would more than make up for the votes he lost from Conservatives.

The question is not "will Goode cost Romney/GOP-e the election?", the questions is "will Romney/GOP-e cost Romney the election?"

They finally did it - fielded a candidate so liberal that many Conservatives have drawn the line. They sink or swim on their own merit now.

IF Romney looses, it will be because the GOP-e did not listen and decided that the risk of pissing off the base and conservatives was not going to LOSE votes as much as gaining moderates and independents.

It was a clear calculation on their part. Any lose is squarely in their lap.
