NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- In one of his most expansive responses yet to gun crime, President Barack Obama on Wednesday embraced some degree of control on the sale of weapons but said he would also seek a national consensus on combating violence.
He said responsibility for curtailing bloodshed also rests with parents, neighbors and teachers to ensure that young people "do not have that void inside them."

Oh, no...
Well, violence will be going up....
That’s not all he said:

He just can’t listen to his handlers with a good left wing audience.
The role of Preston Brooks will be played by Barack Obama.
Charles Sumner will be portrayed by any handy Republican.
Romney is out of the country for one week starting today.
Obama is going for this, for a week without opposition.
Fight back.
Shhesh! The government always gets credit the good and everything else gets blamed for the bad.
Translation: Common Sense Gun Laws
Which is gun control
Liberalism. These kids will never taste freedom unless liberalism is defeated. These kids are dead inside, because liberalism has taken away the rights of those who would teach them morality, faith, and love, and replaced them with the rights of the baby killers, homosexuals, NOW hags, welfare mothers, race baiters, etc......
It's a no wonder these kids are soulless. They're no longer allowed to think or act freely. Their minds and bodies have become prisons of political correctness and the vileness of it all. They've been raised by the teachers union as wild animals living in a pack. They suffer under the heavy hand of liberal control from the time they're born until the day they slice their wrists.
To end it or create it???
Good point. Now the guy wants to be some kind of national youth pastor. Gives me a shiver.
Liberalism is "that void inside them."
