A vote for Virgil is as good as a vote for Ubama.

Technical Correction: A vote for Virgil is in fact a vote not for Virgil, but to ELECTORS IN VIRGINIA PLEDGED TO VOTE FOR HIM IN THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE usually on 15 December 2012 locally convened in their state capitol (and others as wel), then the sending of the state-certified results into Washington; were Mr. Goode to win 50%+1 of the popular vote in Virginia on Election Day November 2012, he would then secure the win of that state's entire electors. Both Romney and Obama will be denied them. You all figure out the chances of that. However, if a vote for Virgil goes to his delegates (electors) it will not go to the slate of electors pledged to Romney (I know I know tons of problems with him). Nevertheless this is a battleground state, you figure it out. What the enemy wants to be done here. If a conservative vote is not counted as GOP, and in a close race, the state could pivot into Obama's column. It is not a stretch that in a close 270 Electoral Vote race, that Virginia could decide the election as a lynchpin. Therefore a cast vote not for the Republican in that state could indeed allow the electors pledged to Obama to win, and thus carry the commonwealth and he will be re-inaugurated on the steps of the Capitol on January 20, 2013. Hope people can live with that. Hope they can countenance it when precisely this is that the strategy team of snotty, zit-faced, polysci major, young marxist beltway political wonks running the "2012" (Obongo) race and the DNC, want precisely to happen. I would think this through very carefully from a tactical position. Particularly if Goode is not on enough ballots in the USA to get him theoretically (which can hardly happen) to the magic 270.
