Thanks. I presume she will get a cut and a nice political stepping stone if they are able to put the murderer away.

Cops investigating Colorado shooting suspect James Holmes' sex site profile

James Holmes, 24, the man accused of opening fire inside a Colorado theater during a midnight screening Friday of “The Dark Knight Rises,” allegedly has a sex site profile that is being investigated by police.

His rampage left at least 12 dead and 59 injured.

According to TMZ, a man claiming to have the name James Holmes created a profile on AdultFriendFinder.com on July 5, just weeks prior to the “Batman” movie shooting.

The photo used for the profile shows the man with orange-tinted hair, which is how the shooter was described by witnesses and police.

The TMZ report indicates the screen name of the man is classicjimbo and includes a “cryptic message on the top of the profile which reads, ‘Will you visit me in prison?’”

EL: Where does that quote come from? I heard it not long ago and wrote it down but don't know who the author is.

TIA.

I was wondering what kind of meds simply because his pupils are the size of dinner plates. (or it appears they are in the pictures and television)

“Any good psychiatrist would know the truth for sure!”

We would have the same luck trying to find a good Muslim. Quacks!

There should only be 2 possible outcomes in a trial.

Guilty/Not Guilty!

In the punishment phase prison or rubber room can be discussed but guilty/not guilty should be the verdict.

IMO, no sane person attacks people unless they are defending themselves so you have to be a half bubble off level to commit a crime in the first place.

The only time sanity should come into play is in the punishment and the time for the rubber room should never be shorter than a prison term.

I must say, in my many years on FR, I don’t think I’ve ever read a poster who had incoherence so soundly confused with eloquence.

An act. Trying to look cute and vulnerable so the girls will fall for him. Personally, I can’t stand looking at the SOB.

Sometimes I don’t understand our system of justice. I believe in fair trials for everyone who is charged with a crime and doesn’t plead out, but c’mon, why do taxpayers have to spend millions of dollars lining up every little molecule of evidence against him?

There is already an overwhelming preponderance of evidence, plenty to convict him without making the jurors study biochemistry, esoteric blood spatter theory, etc., and subjecting the rest of us to that stupid act of his.

Lay it out there. Explain why it is so conclusive no appeal can be permitted. Squelch any talk of mitigating circumstances; there is none that would justify what he did. Drag him out behind the courthouse, tie him to a post, put six bullets in his heart and call it a day. This afternoon.

Perhaps English is not your primary language.? A lot of what you write makes absolutely no coherent sense to me. I hope that is the case; that English isn’t your native language. If it in fact is, I hope you have support around you. Just expressing some concern about your mental stability to be honest.

I feel sorry for them. Unless info comes out to indicate otherwise, I don’t assume they are guilty for his crimes.

now he is facing the needle

Needle?

He should be turned over to the family members of his victims...armed with shotguns.

Several years after Laurie Dann shot up a suburban Chicago school in 1988 (complete with predictable screaming for gun control among the affluent, isolated-from-reality North Shore suburbs), a book on Dann and her rampage (”Murder Of Innocence”) came out.

I found it surprisingly evenhanded (especially considering the authors)...and the central theme was one of mental health. In particular, that she had been visibly spinning out of control for some time, and her affluent parents covered for her even unto death, as they kept the cops out of her room until after they had had time to sanitize the scene.

That is my tagline. I’m sure someone has said it (or something like it) before but I didn’t hear or read it anywhere. It came to my mind and I put it in my tagline.

They seem to plea them or something. I know that the cop killer several years ago fled to Mexico, and Mexico would only return him if he wouldn’t face the death penalty.
