Sounds like just the team to bring on yet another Stimulus Package.
Back when Obama was touting his Stimulus Package 1, I told an old boss of mine it seemed a lot like masturbation. Feels good, but is only temporary, nothing productive becomes of it, and it can get to be a habit.
