I suppose you could put forth a lame attempt to claim someplace else is as bad as the Kinsey Institute at Indiana State, but you know in your heart that on a Sandusky related thread any attempt would not only fail miserably, it would draw lots of bad puns.

To be fair, I believe statered was referring to UNC as the biggest purveyors of academic fraud in the country. And they are. By FAR.

IIRC, that's Indiana University in Bloomington, not Indiana State University in Terre Haute.
