I saw Prof Stanton Samenow on TV last night and he said this guy is most likely a criminal, sadistic sociopath, not schizophrenic.

That says it for me!

Sane, well-adjusted people don't carrying weapons to a movie theater in order to open fire on unarmed people. Or rig their apartment to blow up. The insanity defense should be outlawed. And Holmes should be pushed out of the back of a low flying cargo plane above Bin Laden's resting place.
