Absolutely! The producers usually remain anonymous, which is part of the plan. You can bitch to David Gregory on Twitter, but usually what happens is he blocks you.
John Nolte of Breitbart is one who is very good at bringing this to everyone’s attention.
It’s very obvious that the networks are going with the DNC agenda on this. Obama is going to Colorado to “grieve” with the families, although I imagine this will be a photo op and a short comment on the availability of guns.
The democrats probably started calling and offering themselves as guests on these shows about 5AM on Friday morning, right after the talking points were emailed from the White House.
I can see it now...Mayor Doomberg decrees that nothing above a .22 caliber weapon will be allowed in NYC...to include the police and excluding the thugs guarding the U.N. Secretary General.
Giving communists gun control is never a good idea.
Stephanopoulos is making gun control the centerpiece of the program today. The Dems never waste an opportunity (crisis) even it means using a tragedy to stampede people into going their way. Disgraceful.

So let me set the scenario....Mumbles McConnell calls up the MTP producers as a result of a quick meeting with fellow senate and house repub leaders.
“I need you to book me on MTP right away because I want to get the Repub legislators’ opinions on gun control out there straightaway.”
You really think the MTP producers are going to say NO to the Repub senate minority leader?
Your defense, a lousy one as you always defend the Beltway crowd, is that NO ONE INVITED THEM!
So okay, maybe the Repubs should have had a meeting, a conference call, something, to shore up their stance. With something between the legs besides air perhaps they would have debated and finally agreed that gun control is a constitutional right and appoint someone to go on the TV shows and state the repub position, forcefully and with vigor.
Someone could write an editorial for the Wall Street Journal, I dunno, maybe Boehner. Or do you think the WSJ too will deny the Repubs voice?

The Repubs, as I stand solidly behind my assertion, are sitting around biting fingernails waiting to see what tack this situation takes.

AP is reporting today that the assault rifle the kid was carrying jammed during the attack.

The DBM mantra,all govt. control over guns is good. All private control over guns is bad. Pretty much no change for years now.
