It would seem to me that the victim of a crime has a right to publicize who did it to her and any and all circumstances. If she is lying then get her for defamation. if she is not lying then I cannot fathom how a court can order her to not talk about her experiences to others.

These are times when you just have to say, "the law is an a**" and ignore it.

Every older brother who has whopped the living daylights out of some twit that was picking on their younger siblings knows this.

It isn't a free pass. You have to face the consequences of what you did but usually most people understand why you did it.
