SAN DIEGO (AP) -- Some of the loudest cheers at San Diego's gay pride parade were for active-duty troops marching in military dress.
Saturday's celebration marks the first time U.S. service members are participating in a gay pride event while decked out in full uniform.

I agree with you. But when we see the political correctness kill unarmed 13 and wound 43 at FT Hood done by a known Wahhabi who delays a trial over his damned beard we realize the depth of the decay. I think this country is about to explode.
As was formerly the case, they shouldn't be permitted in the military discreet or not. Particularly in any role involving classified information (most, at some point), or sharing sleeping or showering quarters (all). Those who are sincere in a desire to help protect the country are actually trying to defend a different kind of country than you or I would.
Therein lies the problem with being gay perverted-not being able to draw healthy boundaries.
There is no healthy boundary other than not engaging in homosexual acts, or promoting them.

I’m a white male from the south (Florida) and I was in the Army. We don’t have a monopoly on loving our Country and the Constitution.
Romney agrees or has agreed with Obama on nearly every issue. He’s nothing but a godless liberal progressive just like Obama, Biden, Reid, Pelosi, Lieberman, Ted Kennedy, Clinton, Boxer, Feinstein, Collins, Snowe, Specter, et al.

Back in the day, the gay serviceman probably would have been honored with a posthumous Purple Heart and there would have been no mention that he was gay.
