In what manner? Are you referring to cases involving legitimate evidence?

legitimate evidence, illegitimate evidence, it hardly seems to matter to wants to kill someone else because they "are mad, are not like us".

Examples: The Civil War, WWI, WWII, the crazy Russians, those crazy Japs, Jesus's crucifixion, the Holy Wars, the current 'race' war in the US, Hitler and the Jews, The Sunni's vs. the Shiites, the Muslims vs. the Christians.

In each and every case, one side regards the other as "Mad, and not like us", and that is the primary justification for killing them.

Once again, though, I was taking your comment a different direction than the context of your original comment, but I think it applies this way as well. Do you?
