Bull shit. Where does it say all that in the second amendment?
If you've done your time, all your Constitutional rights should be reinstated, no ifs ands or buts.
Now now, I try to keep things simple, if I add in all the caveats and exceptions it becomes confusing to some. For example saying all those not under parole or on probation...or substituting weapons for fire arms and then excluding nuclear bombs and saran gas. Can you understand the confusion engendered in some. I post on a lot of forums where the readers are no where as sharp as here at Free Republic so I try to KISS my posts.
