Doesn’t that say it all? He quoted the Washington Post. All the DOH website says about this is that they gave OBAMA’S LAWYER 2 CERTIFIED PHOTOCOPIES, and Obama posted something online.
When officially asked to verify that the online BC that Obama posted was a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file” Onaka refused to verify that. The statute does not allow Onaka to verify something different than what was requested. By not verifying that the online BC was a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file”, as specifically requested by AZ SOS Ken Bennett, Onaka was REFUSING TO VERIFY THAT. The only reason he has for refusing to verify it is if it’s not true.
So again, the unaccountable blowhards can say all they want, but when the question was asked point-blank by somebody required by law to answer honestly.... he indirectly confirmed that the posted BC is NOT a true and accurate representation of the original on file and that the record they have is not legally valid - by refusing to verify any of those things as true.
Photocopies, by definition, are "flattened" (no layers). All the lawyers have to do is produce one of those two "CERTIFIED PHOTOCOPIES", hold it up beside the image posted online -- and show that the two are visually identical. (And, of course explain where all the layers, different-resolution and moveable image elements -- and the typed-in data in the two "9-coded" (EMPTY) blocks, etc. came from.)
But, of course, they can't do that...

And yet, the Hawaii DOH and Onaka have also said:
“The information contained in the ‘Certificate of Live Birth’ published at http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2011/04/27/president-obamas-long-form-birth-certificate and reviewed by me on the date of this verification, a copy of which is attached with your request, matches the information contained in the original Certificate of Live Birth for Barack Hussein Obama, II on file with the State of Hawaii Department of Health”
