I have the privilege to be anchored off of the US Naval Academy tonight in Annapolis. I have had a great day and I am feeling renewed with regard to my patriotic batteries!

So, with all of the enthusiasim that a boat and a glass can muster in a man I am inclined to do a match grant!

Here goes:
