Well, Romney is definitely both. Anyone who can justify mass murder of innocent human life is definitely insane. And he’s a compulsive liar.

Hello Jim, First time I’ve addressed you directly and I have a few questions (BTW heartfelt gratitude for your efforts in providing this source of info for us all).

OK here goes:

(1) I get the impression that you (and some other FReepers) REALLY REALLY REALLY don’t want Romney to become the next POTUS for a number of reasons that you hold dear to your hearts. FAIR ENOUGH - everybody gets to hold, defend and promote their own reasons close to their hearts.

(2) What I’m having trouble understanding is, (aside from the entire selection process for the slate of candidates that We the People “get to choose from”, but that’s a different issue), how we will be better off if Romney is NOT the next POTUS.

PLEASE explain how ANY OTHER outcome would not give OB another four years to complete HIS plan for the destruction of this once great nation? There surely is not a serious school of thought that ANY candidate other than Romney or Obama could possibly win is there???? PLEASE explain how, REALISTICALLY, after the way the country supposedly voted in 2008, we could expect ANYONE other than one of those two to get the nod?

I for one, don’t think it is mathematically possible for any other candidate to garner enough votes to win - do you believe it could happen with close to 50% of the population now living on gubmint handouts - are they not en masse going to vote for the most biggov guy?

That leaves only around 50% to divvy up amongst ALL the other candidates. If any significant chunk of that block does not vote for Romney, won’t Ob win by default??????

Like a lot of others, I think there is something very, very rotten going on in the halls of government in this country and I don’t think we’re going to undo a couple of generations of damage in one election. And, make no mistake about it - today’s events have been in the works for at least since the 50s - they are EXTREMELY patient and have been chipping away at this nation’s foundations day by day by day and are very close to being able to yell “TIMBER!!!!”

I think the BEST we can hope for is to slow down the destruction to the point where we can eventually reverse it via resources like Free Republic.

The extent to which they have dumbed down We the People is mind numbing (is that a pun?). Until we can reverse that watershed program, there is little likelihood of garnering enough support to change things dramatically for the better.

If Ob gets another four years, I fear we’re done. The stuff they are DOING while trampling on the DoI and Constitution (not just talking about doing it) like the UN Small Arms Treaty will prevent us forevermore from undoing the damage if they get another four years to implement their plans.

One last thing to consider - like when one gets married, one is not just marrying the bride - one is marrying her entire extended family. When Ob was elected, he came with a crew of unappointed commies, perverts and criminals who have wielded their power with reckless abandon. With a new POTUS comes an ENTIRE CAST CHANGE which would also help slow the train wreck down.

THX for listening, I look forward to some useful comments ....
