Voting for the lesser of 2 evils is exactly the reason this country is in the sad shape that it's in today.
It is said that politics is the art of compromise.
I would say that conservatism is the art of standing your ground.
Many who think they are conservatives are fooling themselves.
They are equivocating cowards who will throw their supposed conservatism under the bus when under fire and compromise with the enemy.
They are not the ones I want at my side in battle.
They are unreliable.
