[Govt programs never look at the results or impact. The intent of a program looked good on paper, so that is all that matters. As Gov. Scott said, when the FED runs out of money for the program expansion, they will dump the responsibility (and funding) onto the states.]
You hit it Tom. The election should be about runaway/reckless spending that will, if it has not already, break the bank for us and our kids.
