True. But, you didn’t factor in two realities. One, you have to consider the context to Mass. and pressure on Romney to appoint more conservative judges as President. Two, Obama’s will be to the far Left and Radical in comparison to Romney’s picks for SCourt.

An Obama supporter would want to cause despair among real conservatives. What better way to do that than to promote a radical liberal as their only choice. It would suppress the vote and re-elect the incumbent.
In my estimation, it is a very real possibility that the Karl Rove’s of the world are actually hoping for a 2nd Obama administration.
