I posted that to remind you of the difference between a conservative and a mealy-mouthed, squishy statist like Romney seeing as how we have so many people claiming Romney is our last conservative hope. Go news for you. The Reagan-loathing Romney represents the death of the GOP has a conservative party.

I never said that he was our last Conservative hope. I said he was our ONLY hope. Conservative, unfortunately, he is not! He also isn't as bad as Obama. You know it, I know it, hell, even Obama knows it. That is why I will vote against Obama’s second term by Voting for Romney and denying Obama four extra years to create mayhem.

Some FReepers in Texas, California, or New York may have the luxury of voting their strict conscience. I live in the swing state of all swing states. As Ohio goes, so goes the nation. It is THE most important state for ANY Republican and therefore I have to be a bit more pragmatic than someone in a state that is 10 points out of reach in either direction.

When the primaries came to my Ohio, I voted for Santorum on the ballot that he was on and Gingrich on the ballot that he was on. Neither where on all the ballots, as neither could get all the delegates. I did what I could for Conservatism in the primaries. I voted against Romney and For the MOST CONSERVATIVE candidate I could vote for.

In November, I will do what I can for my country, my future and for the future of my children. I will vote to throw the Marxist/Stalinist Jack Wagon out on his ASS! and I will do so with glee! I am chomping at the bit to do so, and pray to God that Conservatives in all contested states do the same!
