From the Associated Press:
"Federal documents filed by Mitt Romney's former company appear to conflict with the Republican presidential candidate's statements about when he left Bain Capital, the private-equity firm central to his legacy in the private sector.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission in February 2001, Bain Capital listed Romney as the company's 'sole shareholder, sole director, chief executive officer and president.' It said Romney's "principal occupation" was as Bain's managing director."

So, if the sole shareholder, sole director, chief executive officer and president of Bain didn't know what Bain was doing, who did?
And, if the sole shareholder, sole director, chief executive officer and president of Bain wasn't responsible for the content of its legal filings, who was?
Maybe you have a name.

Oops. Maybe you should have read the article I linked to. It says this:
UPDATE: Fortune obtained the offering documents for a Bain Capital Fund circulating in June 2000, as well as a fund in 2001. None of the documents show that Romney was listed as being among the key investment professionals. As Fortune put it, the contemporaneous Bain documents show that Romney was indeed telling the truth about no longer having operational input at Bain -- which, one should note, is different from no longer having legal or financial ties to the firm.
I'll let you get back to your imaginary doubts now.

My last comment to you. As noted in the article I just posted, if you had bothered reading it, you would realize there are multiple "Bain Capital" entities. You still cannot cite a single piece of evidence showing that Romney made the Stericycle deal, knew Stericycle was handling aborted babies, etc. Like I said, your position boils down to Romney=Bain=Stericycle.
