Funny - I don’t look a tiny bit like my father, and not much like my mother. I do have traits like my mother - and some BIG character flaws like my father. But neither my brother or I look at all like our dad. I just verified that with my husband. LOL.
I watched that video about obama’s Kenyan Hut living brother today, and I thought there were distinct similarities between him and obama.
Zactly. It’s weird how we share traits.
I have a friend who had never met my father, spoke to him nor seen a single picture of him.
I took her and my brother to a family reunion 20 years ago and she spotted him from a 100 yards away.
His back was turned to us but she observed we move exactly alike and he had been talking to someone and gesticulated exactly the same way I do.
That’s how close our traits are.
Me too. That video of George was the first time that I have ever seen anything at all about the African Obama family that reminded me of Obama, the "American". George's long, lean body; the way he sat; the way he gestured; the jaw line all reminded me of the President.
I look and move nothing at all like my father but friends and even relatives often could not tell me from him on the telephone, or still from one of my brothers or even my son until subject matter differentiates us.
