Right off the top of my head I can tell you that there are far more experts, including Adobe software experts that say the bc is fraudulent. Secondly, nowhere does Snopes talk about the white halos around the black text and lines.. This is a clear indication that the alleged bc was scanned and THEN only the black lines and text were placed onto an image of green security paper to give it an official look. There is no evidence of a 'seal' whatsoever. The 'layering' in this bc is evidence that at some point there were changes made to the bc. You have to be an EXPERT to understand what another EXPERT did when forging a document. This is not a novice's game by any means so reading this document deconstructs the otherwise ingenious fraud.
