Red Deer you can't substantiate your theory ... you post it as the last word on Obummers SS#. As a U.S. citizen that went thru the naturalization process, nearly forty years ago I have first hand knowledge of the process. I had a green card and legitimate SS# for ten years prior to taking out my U.S. citizenship. They were issued simultaneously as I had a sponsor ... the USMC.
