-Alberto-In January 2008, Alberto was pulled over by police, accused of driving while impaired. He said he registered 0.04 on a breath test at the scene; 0.08 is considered impaired in North Carolina. But Alberto, a few months short of his 21st birthday, was charged. He also was convicted of driving without a license on four occasions.. Alberto also has been charged with assault on a female after an altercation with his then-wife. The case was dismissed after she wrote a letter, pleading with authorities not to deport Alberto, calling him a big-hearted individual and a kind, loving, generous man.

How about will lead to his deportation?
Well, adios then.
The boy needs to go home to Mexico and “protest”. I’m sure that if he tries really hard, he’ll find someone who gives a **** down there.
Can’t punish the children of people who commit crimes.....
A man embezzled millions of dollars and for 15 years he and his wife and children lived a life of luxury from his ill-gotten gains.
Investigators finally caught up with the man, and in court a sentence was rendered.
The money could not be returned to the rightful owner, since his children had become accustomed to a certain standard of living.
Its only fair.
He is an illegal alien.
He sure dosen't sound like a "Southern boy." He sounds like yet another illegal alien who feels entitled.
Send the arrogant little bum home.
People who go looking for trouble probably shouldn’t be too surprised when they find it.
