If so it should be brought to the public. If he was literally blackmailed for something, and decided he would make a nation destroying decision against our constitution to protect himself then it should be brought to the surface. Whatever it takes to bring out anything that played an influence on his decision should be made public. Regardless of why he made this unconstitutional decision he should be ruined for his unconstitutional act.
