Cannot be by the Court. And the lack of any intelligence on the conservative GOP side makes it impossible to do a damn thing. We are toast on this criminal inspired health care which includes unlimited corruption that has nothing to do with health care. Only overturning would be to win the Senate and Presidency keep the House and kick the bill in the ass.
