I agree but shame on us for letting it pass in the first place. Citizens have a duty to protect the Constitution as well and in that respect, we also failed in our duty.

So does the SC and the elected Congress.

“I agree”

I don’t think you actually do. You are worried about SCOTUS being forced to actually do their jobs.

And the 48% that pay the taxes did vote. They were out numbered by the 52%. Roberts just told us that if you don’t have the numbers well screw you. Who cares what the constitution actually says.

Slavery is unconstitutional. By yours and Roberts logic, congress could implement slavery for blacks again and because they only make up 13% of the population it is conceivable they would never be able to get the numbers in congress to undo it because they are a minority.

SCOTUS is there to rule whether laws are constitutional or unconstitutional according to the constitution. Dirty work my a$$. They get paid with benefits pretty well to do this dirty work, otherwise known as. their jobs.

Hey! We Pay HIM to protect the Constitution. Unlike the rest of us IT IS HIS ONLY JOB.

Don't carry this turds water. He told you to eat Shiite! He doesn't give a damn about the constitution. He is worse than a liberal since he can not be read to follow the law at all!

What? We overwhelmed every single communication channel into DC while the House was debating the passage of Obamacare, and the quisling traitors passed it anyway.

About the only thing we could have done to stop it, is arrived in our millions, armed and ready to storm the Bastille.

Sam, you keep using the word “we.” None of my elected officials voted for this, so leave me out of the “we” equation. It’s the “YOU” in my book.
