“He said the law is a tax, but if the law wasn’t written as a tax, how can he say it’s taxation?”

Blackmail. Something in his FBI file that is tucked away in Eric Holder's desk.

That is the only thing that makes sense. His legal opinion sure as hell made no sense at all. Probably the worst written opinion of all time. A conclusion looking for a legal reason with no coherent argument to support it.

Roberts was compromised. That is the only explanation that makes any sense.

No, Warren’s Brown I opinion is worse. It is totally unrelated to any constitutional principle. No more than a mere excuse for the decision. Problem was that the Court dared that admit the precedents such as Plessy were wrongly decided.

I'm thinking either he was high when he came up with that ruling (see my previous reply), or he wanted to be a cocktail party darling (vanity).

Is there a process by which an investigation could be done into Roberts decision like finding out if the Regime tried to blackmail him, threaten his family, etc.?....not that I believe RINOs would ever pursue such an investigation though.

“Roberts was compromised.”

Did he violate his oath?
