What she said was SCOTUS did us a favor by calling it a tax. People hate new taxes and the middle class will be the ones paying the tab.
Just the mere mention of the word “New Tax” will get people mad.. and when American’s get mad we get really mad.
Roberts said it is a tax, but could not identify any Constitutional authority to impose the tax - it is not a capitation tax, it is not an excise tax, and it is not an income tax - so it is not a Constitutional tax. But Roberts (the addle brained) also said it was not a tax, because Congress did not call it a tax, so it is not subject to the Injunction clause - nobody can appeal the tax-penalty-fine, whatever.
The Chief Justice is nuts! Woe onto the nation. No guardians of the Constitution left, except perhaps some dedicated patriots.
