Last night on Greta, Michelle Bachmann said that if any or all of this is upheld,they (the House and she) will work to repeal it.

What will happen now to all those suits against the government by the states over the legality of this law? Will they just be automatically be thrown out?

As Mark Levin pointed out last night, it's a shame that one person (Roberts in this case) has to power to inflict harm on the entire United States.
